伯纳德(天津)仪表技术有限公司是法国伯纳德与天津卡尔斯在天津市宝坻九园工业园区投资兴建的一家中外合资企业。占地面积66000平方米，建筑面积38000平方米，员工120人，高级工程师16人，外籍高级工程师5名。
    引进法国伯纳德全套先进的生产技术和德国精密生产设备。主要零部件由法国进口，技术质量水平与法国伯纳德同步。填补了国内企业引进装置需要进口的空白，为国家节省了大量的外汇支出。
    主要产品有调节型、智能型电动执行器、电动装置、仪表阀门。具备角行程、直行程、多回转、防水、防尘、防爆等多种功能。广泛用于电力、石油化工、天然气、冶金冶炼、造纸、钢铁、水泥、市政环保等行业生产过程的自动控制系统，满足了工业生产日趋提高的自动化控制需求。

BARNARD(Tianjin) Instrument Technique Co.,Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by France BARNARD Company in Baodi ninth Industrial park in Tianjin city. It covers an area of 66000 square meters, of which the construction are is 38000 square meters, employing 120 workers, 16 senior engineers (including five foreign senior engineers).
The company has introduced a full set of advanced production technology form France BARNARD Company and precision production equipments form Germany. As the major components are imported from France, the technology level is synchronized with that of France BARNARD Company. This has filled the vacuum that domestic enterprises need exportation when introducing equipments, saving a lot of foreign exchange expenditure for the country.
Our major products include SD, SR, SM series regulating and intelligent electrical executing fittings with multiple functions such as angular trip, straight trip, multiple-rotary, waterproof, dustproof and anti-explosive.
